Our group classes and one-time workshops (like the monthly "FAFO Friday" sessions) welcome all levels; however, if you desire more individualized attention or have a special occasion you want to celebrate at Still Point, we'd be happy to collaborate with you on tailoring a private session.  While we can accommodate groups of up to 12, we find that a max of 8 is optimal if participants are new to throwing on the wheel.

1-1 lessons start at $110 for a single 2-hour session or $90/week for a 4-week package.

Due to high demand for private lessons for two or more people, studio rates are currently being revised for fall 2026. Stay tuned.

If you wish to request a private lesson (1-4 people) or a special small group event for 5-8  (max 12), please complete the request form below at least 2 weeks prior to your preferred dates.  All private lessons and special event requests require pre-payment in full no less than 1 week prior to the start time in order to reserve the studio and schedule staff.  Rates include a 2-hour reservation with one of our lead instructors, up to 3 balls of clay with which to learn and a glaze firing fee for one select piece. 

While we do our best to accommodate all requests, fulfillment is subject to studio and staff availability. ​​
