Cancellation Policy

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES for Youth Drop-off Classes & Camps LATE PICKUP/EARLY DROP OFF: We ask that Parents honor the 10-minute window on either side of the class schedule. Unless old enough to drive themselves, children must be signed in by a parent or legal guardian who is prepared to present their photo ID at pickup. Emergency contacts will be called after 10 minutes, and late pickups may result in the cancellation of registration without refund and/or barring from future registrations. STUDIO ETIQUETTE: So that each participant may get the most out of the experience, we ask that all abide by the following during group classes: 1. Keep phones stowed in the designated bin with notifications silenced. 2. Follow instructors' guidance on cleanup procedures closely. 3. Avoid getting ANY clay in the work sink or bathroom sink drains. 4. Keep side conversations on "library voice" mode, and lead with the positive, avoiding negative self-talk, as well as political rhetoric or foul language. 5. Before leaving, double check the instructor that your ware is placed and labeled appropriately, and that your work area and tools are fully restored. We aim to maintain a respectful environment in which potters of all experience levels can feel encouraged and inspired. You may also wish to refer to the FAQs for more information on what to wear and bring. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: (Please see also the "Cancellation & Refund Policies" outlined on the website for further details.) FOR 1-TIME ACTIVITIES, WORKSHOPS, or PRIVATE EVENTS No refunds are available. Please refer to website for possible time-sensitive accommodations under special circumstances. FOR CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS OF TWO OR MORE DAYS We value our instructors' time, as we do each seat at the circle. Therefore, we appreciate registrants marking their calendars to ensure they can participate fully before enrolling in an offering, as we are unable to accommodate refunds for classes or workshops that are two or more days in duration. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF STILL POINT CANCELLATIONS: If Still Point has to cancel a class, workshop or special event due to unforeseen circumstances, as much notice will be given via email from connect@stillpointauburn.com (or via text if enabled), and every effort will be made to either reschedule or transfer the credit to a comparable class. If a transfer or credit is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
