Cancellation & Refund & Policy

FOR CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS OF TWO OR MORE DAYS

We value our instructors time, as we do each seat at the circle. Therefore, we appreciate registrants marking their calendars to ensure they can participate fully before enrolling in an offering, as we are unable to accommodate refunds for classes or workshops that are two or more days in duration. Under rare circumstances in which illness, injury or an extreme life event makes it impossible for a registrant to participate, while we cannot guarantee it, we may be able to apply your tuition to a friend or family member who qualifies for the offering if you have notified us in writing more than 48 hours prior to the start time by emailing connect@stillpointauburn.com with the name, phone and email of the qualifying friend or family member. Inside of that window, however, we are unable to guarantee a transfer.

FOR MEMBERSHIPS:

We want our members to get the full value of their investment in Still Point and hope that they will take full advantage of the access and amenities outlined in the contract. By signing a membership contract, one affirms their understanding that once enrolled, 6-, 9- and 12-month membership dues are set to auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days prior to the renewal date. These funds are non-transferable and non-refundable. A member can email connect@stillpointauburn.com at least 30 days prior to the contract renewal date to cancel his or her membership, and auto-renew will be disabled.

In the unlikely (we hope) event that a member fails to abide by Still Point studio's policies and procedures as agreed upon in the contract, he or she will be notified in writing that their membership is suspended indefinitely, auto-renew will be disabled, instructions will be given as to how to collect one's materials and no portion of dues will be refundable.

FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS & SPECIAL EVENTS:

This includes parties, teambuilding sessions and small group private lessons.

If the cancellation request is submitted 30 or more days prior to the start, only a 15% cancellation fee will apply; however, cancellation requests made 15-29 days prior to the start qualify for only a 50% refund, and no refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of the event, as that window of time had been reserved especially for you.

FOR ONE-TIME ACTIVITIES or 1-DAY WORKSHOPS

No refunds are available on activities such as date nights, parent-child sessions, clay play sessions and other one-time offerings. If your cancellation is requested 3 or more days prior to the event, however, it may be transferable if you have checked with us and we do not yet have a wait list. In that case, you could gift your spot to a qualifying friend or family member by emailing connect@stillpointauburn.com with their name, phone number and email, and we will contact them and edit the registration form accordingly at no fee.

FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES:

While gift certificates are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, they can be transferred to a friend or family member if the recipient is unable to use them before the expiration date.

IN THE EVENT OF STILL POINT CANCELLATIONS:

Should Still Point have to cancel a class, workshop or special event due to unforeseen circumstances, as much notice will be given via email from connect@stillpointauburn.com, and every effort will be made to either reschedule or transfer the credit to a comparable class. If a transfer or credit is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
